Applying ![]() You may complete and submit your application online. Electronic versions of undergraduate and graduate applications are available at www.csumentor.edu. Upper division transfer requirements: You will qualify as an upper division transfer student if you have completed a minimum of 60 transferable semester (90 quarter) units and: have a G.P.A. of 2.0 (non-resident students must have at the minimum a 2.4) or better in all transferable units attempted are in good standing at the last college or university attended, and have completed the required transferable English, speech, critical thinking, and mathematics courses.
