Hours of AS Center Operation

Normal hours:

• Monday-Thursday 10:00 am-6:30 pm
• Friday 9:00am-12:00pm (limited services only)

First week of each quarter:

• Monday-Thursday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Friday 9:00 am-12:00 pm (limited services only)
• Saturday 11:30 am - 1:30 pm (1st Saturday only)

Quarter Break:

• Monday-Thursday 9:00 am-5:00 pm
• Friday 9:00 am-12:00 pm (limited services only)

ACADEMIC ADVISING
Academic advising for General Education and Concord Campus majors is available at the Concord Campus. Community college students are encouraged to see an academic advisor as soon as they consider attending this campus. The following types of advising are available at the Concord Campus:

• Admission Requirements
• Transcript Assessment
• Major prerequisites
• Units required for graduation
• Tests and forms required
• Academic probation and disqualification problems
• Graduation requirements and procedures

Students should come to their advising appointments prepared with copies of all transcripts, CSUEB General Education Transfer Evaluation, Liberal Studies Major Evaluation and/or any other documents related to admissions or graduation.

TOOLS FOR TRANSFER STUDENTS

The following link gives students access to the course transfer program ASSIST, which includes transfer tables for each California community college and university. www.assist.org Use this program when you are considering transferring to Cal State East Bay.

PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS

For those who have not applied to the university, but are seeking information regarding admission, CSU East Bay, Concord Campus has designed an information session to assist in your transfer. Prior to an individual appointment with an academic advisor, students who plan to transfer to Cal State East Bay, Concord Campus need to attend an information session.

During this information session, students will be guided through admission, application and transfer processes. Students will be informed of eligibility requirements, articulation of general education courses and lower division major coursework. Prospective students are encouraged to attend.

Information sessions are usually held twice per month - call (925) 602-6700 to reserve a space.
