Doing a Print Screen

How to save and print what you are seeing on your computer screen

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Look for the Print Screen [Print Scrn] button on your keyboard, and press it once.

2. Open Microsoft Word.

3. Go to the Edit menu and choose Paste.

4. You can now save the document, by going to File and Save As.

5. If you want to print it out, go to File and Print.
