Technical Instructional Pages (TIPs)
for California State University Students, Staff and Faculty

Most Commonly Asked Technology Questions

A 2006/2007 TIGERS grant project gathered the following TIPs, instructional web pages that address frequently asked questions that help desk and lab staff answer, such as "How do I copy or import data from Excel to SPSS?" Many TIPs are being developed and it is hoped that CSU Community of Academic Technology Staff (CATS) will contribute to and use this tool — why reinvent the wheel?
