Concord Campus Student Disability Resources The Student Disability Resource Center (SDRC) provides auxiliary aides and services (academic accommodations) to qualified students with disabilities. Qualified students with disabilities who have documented functional limitations to learning are eligible for accommodations designed to provide equivalent access to general campus and classroom programs and activities. These accommodations are designed to respond to the protections afforded to students with disabilities under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended; Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990; and, associated State of California laws and regulations. SDRC is committed to supporting both the rights and responsibilities of students with disabilities at Cal State, East Bay. We value the diversity of our student body and people with disabilities are a part of that diversity. We work with the faculty, staff, and administration to create and maintain an inclusive environment wherein individuals with disabilities have a "level playing field" to compete in all university programs.
